Pictured in drawings, paintings, described in textbooks and fiction alike, this was the “it” chair of the 1700’s. Our version, available with or without arms, has a tight seat and upholstered back carved in detail from Beech. It is not only a dining chair, but can be included in living rooms as occasional chairs or as a desk chair when needed. Fluted legs support a carved seat rain and oval back. |
